Receiving our email

Make sure your email address is spelled correctly and that your mailbox isn't full. - Allow our domain
If you filter email by domain to block spam, our replies may not reach you. Add "@coupply.co.jp" to your list of allowed senders, and check your spam folder.
Unsupported devices
For security reasons and to make sure the app works properly, COUPPLY can't be used on the following devices.
- Rooted Android devices
- Jailbroken iOS devices
We can't provide support for problems on these devices.
